Welcome to Tu SPAzio. By booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, or using our

website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. Services

● All treatments are provided by licensed professionals and tailored to your individual

needs.

● Results may vary depending on skin type, health, and lifestyle.

● Clients are expected to follow recommended aftercare instructions for best results.



2. Appointments & Cancellations

● A deposit may be required when booking and will be applied toward your service total.

● Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

● Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the

service price.

● Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to keep the schedule on track.



3. Memberships (Glow Club)

● Memberships are billed monthly and are non-transferable.

● Benefits apply only to the member listed on the account.

● Unused services do not roll over unless specified in the membership details.

● Membership cancellations require 30 days’ notice before your next billing date.



4. Gift Cards

● Available in $50, $100, $150, and $200 amounts.

● Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

● Must be presented at the time of service.

● Tu SPAzio is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.



5. Payments

● Payments are accepted via credit/debit card and other approved methods.

● A 3% processing fee may apply for credit card transactions.

● Prices are subject to change without notice.



6. Health & Safety

● Please disclose relevant health information at your consultation.

● Tu SPAzio is not responsible for adverse reactions due to withheld information.

● Guests are not permitted in treatment rooms for safety reasons.



7. Website & Online Booking

● All website content (text, images, and branding) belongs to Tu SPAzio and cannot be

used without permission.

● Our site may link to third-party services (e.g., booking platform, payment processing). Tu

SPAzio is not responsible for third-party practices.



8. Liability

● Tu SPAzio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to services, products, or

● Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or product purchased.
